"Website Hosting" and "Managed Hosting" Are Not the Same Thing
With standard website hosting, your web developer is a tenant, and your website is sleeping on the couch. The actual landlord, some hosting company that's never met you and doesn't return your developer's calls any faster than yours, owns the server, controls the account, and decides how fast anything gets fixed. Your own dev team has to ask permission, submit a ticket, and wait, just like you would.
We don't rent server space from a landlord. We own the servers: full root access, SSH, FTP, and WHM, on hardware that's ours. When something needs to change at the server level, we make the change ourselves, immediately, with no third party to call, no ticket to file, and no one else's schedule to wait on. That's not a minor technical detail. It's the reason everything else on this page is possible.

Our servers live in a professional data center, not the back office, and that facility handles everything a server room needs to survive that we'd never want to leave to chance: backup power that keeps the lights on through a storm, flood protection, physical security, and a network built with real redundancy. We own and manage the servers themselves. The data center is built to keep the building around them standing, no matter what the weather's doing.

We treat every maintenance request as priority. Most updates are made within hours, if not minutes, of the request, not the "48 hours" that passes for fast everywhere else. We’re available for routine maintenance requests Monday through Saturday, and every client gets a direct line, not a support queue.

Managed hosting clients get free concierge domain selection, registration & management. We set up and hold the account in your name, so there’s never a risk of a lapsed domain taking your site down, and never a risk of your own web designer holding your domain hostage if you ever leave. We manage domains this way for hundreds of clients, including plenty whose website isn’t even ours to manage.
Ongoing Marketing & SEO Care
A well-built site still needs to be found and kept working for you. For clients who want it, we provide ongoing organic SEO, content updates aimed at search performance, and marketing support, all folded into the same managed relationship instead of handed off to a separate vendor.
